You can view your pension details by loggin on to our AXIS online service. This service requires you to aquire a PIN number before you can gain access.

If you have a PIN then you may enter the AXIS online site.

New Benefit Regulations take effect on 1st April 2008.

Calculations under these new Regulations will not be available before May 2008. Any calculations performed before then are likely to be incorrect and will not show a Lump Sum.

Please contact the LPFA to request a formal estimate of your benefits.

To obtain a PIN number you can either:

  • Print off a the application form and send it in to us (using the address on the form)
  • Email us with your Full name, National Insurance number, Payroll number (pensioners only), employer (contributors only), Home address, email address, memorable word (so that we can identify you over the phone) and status (i.e. LPFA fund contributor/pensioner, fire brigade pensioner).
  • Send a letter with all the information listed above to: AXIS Online PIN Request, LPFA, Dexter House, 2 Royal Mint Court, LONDON, EC3N 4 LP.

If you have more than one pension payroll number you should complete a separate request for each.

Once your request is processed you will receive a letter advising you of your PIN. The letter will contain a tear off slip informing us that you have received your PIN and will not disclose it to anyone else. This slip MUST be returned within 2 weeks or your PIN will be changed.

The memorable word will be used to confirm your identity should you telephone for assistance in future so please make a note of it.
