A Message from LPP

Coronavirus COVID - 19

Amid the developing Coronavirus situation, we would like to reassure you that to date, agreed service levels have been maintained but we expect that to change as sickness levels increase and our staff may need to care for dependent children or relatives. We are transitioning the Pensions Helpdesk to home working – service levels will be impacted with longer wait times and urgent calls prioritised. In order to help mitigate this, we are amending our Helpdesk opening times to 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday. This will help ensure we have all available staff taking calls at peak times. We urge you to use our websites and member self-service portal, My Pension Online, where possible and for non-urgent queries. Please continue to use the Help Desk for anything urgent: Contacting UsRest assured that your pension will continue to be paid to you (see message from SAB)

As the situation escalates, we are doing everything possible to reduce the impact that the virus is having on our business, our members, our employees and their families. We are taking all appropriate measures including significantly increasing home working. We will update this website as the situation develops.
